How do I change user from system Admin to Sub admin because it is not giving me access to many features like user setup company setup etc,

that would be under setup=>access setup.  But going from full admin to subadmin should not give you more privileges.  the full admin should have every box checked, so shouldn't be any restrictions at all.

@pratik.kamble - You are not in default company i think. The default first company Administrator has the right to Create companies, install modules, languages. So login to Default first company and get full rights to create companies.
