Is there the Italian Translation of FA?

Re: Italian Translation

Go to Setup -> Install/Update Languages and Italian is an option

Re: Italian Translation

Re: Italian Translation

I apologize, but I do not understand how to download the files from github.

======== Updated ========
I downloaded the files, but it seems to me to be too complicated.
Already downloading from GitHub is not really an easy thing.
Then I do not understand how to fill out the form.
The Encoding field should be iso-8859-1, but then I get the error back:
"The marked language is the current language which cannot be deleted."

Re: Italian Translation

Unzip the attached file into your <FA_webroot>/lang folder.
Just add a stanza for your language in lang/installed_languages.inc.
Now you are good to go.
Preferences => Italian

Yes.

Preferences

Install/Uodate Languages

Re: Italian Translation

It looks that Italian language is not installed in your OS Locales. It has to be in order to be displayed properly by FA. Take a look at this ..search the forum for locales and you will be guided what to do according to your OS.

Re: Italian Translation

Windows or Linux server?

Re: Italian Translation

The server (Ubuntu 16:04) is in English, but above there are other PHP applications in various languages: English, French, German and of course in Italian.
To have FrontAccounting in Italian I have to install the language on the server?

Re: Italian Translation

Just to clarify, your image link does not actually show that Italian is the default language.

Re: Italian Translation

You need to install the it_IT locale in Ubuntu on the console first.
